Building on the collaboration initiated during the Tokyo Bay mission for the previous Olympic Games, this workshop is intended for Dutch professionals in the sports and physical activity sector, including teachers, researchers, scientists, financiers, and policymakers.  

This workshop focuses on strengthening the Dutch ecosystem for knowledge and innovation in sports. Together, we will explore how knowledge and innovation can contribute to a system where more people enjoy sports and physical activity throughout their lives. What does this mean for the various parties involved? What are their strengths and roles? The following themes will be discussed:
 

• Strengths & Obstacles: Identifying strong and weak points.
• Funding: How to finance research and innovation in sports and physical activity.
• Collaboration: Promoting synergy through cooperation.
